With the goal of getting a strict pull-up and a free-standing handstand, Pat arrives everyday keen to train and give it 100% every time.
What is a piece of advice, from a mother of 3 who lives a super busy life and still finds time to train, that she can share with those people under the impression that CrossFit is too hard or only for fit people? A: "Just get in here and try it! Put away your fears, stop being a sheep and believing everything you hear. Crossfit is amazing and one of the best parts of my life! You don’t have to be strong, you don’t have to be fit you just need to be eager to learn!" Well said Pat! You are definitely eager to learn and try new things yourself. You're also an incredibly strong and inspiring woman who never holds back and has the heart of a lion. With the whole community behind you, we know you'll achieve more than you thought possible.
