Our monthly Fundamentals Course is designed to help you feel confident and safe before you start our CrossFit classes. ​
​In the Fundamentals Program you will learn:

* The different movements that make up the base of CrossFit Training
* Correct technique and why it is so important
* The various types of CrossFit workout styles 
* CrossFit concepts that help you get better results, such as efficiency and intensity
* The CrossFit Nutrition prescription
* Different tools and methods for recovery after training
